Lolabelle in NYC

I'm your typical 30 year old New York City singleton. Or, I was in 2006 when I wrote these posts. Now I'm married and have a baby.

I don't know who made this site. All I can tell you is that I want to run away with him and have his babies.

You are a riot for welcoming me! Well what's really funny is that while I was searching for your blog I was like wow, Lola Belle has a blog? She's a writer friend of mine who lives in Brooklyn, who would so be the type to have a blog, especially a blog that would reference Songs to Wear Pants To, considering she published a book of "punk rock haikus" - so when I found you, I thought I had found her. I was pleasantly surprised. Blogging...hmmmm.... it can become an obsession I believe. It's kind of like anonymous sex to me, there's an audience, but you don't really know them, and after you've "done it" (aka - written something and had someone read it) you're still not sure you want to get to know them. Am I making sense? Well, now that I'm here, I'm sorry, but you are obligated to continue posting, because I want to continue reading....Don't keep your focus group waiting :)

    Hi Lolabelle,

Just passing by. Saw your blog visual gimmic. It does work. How ever I guess it will work even better when you make the black dot smaller ... and probably a bit blurry.
Guess you need a disassociated (?)focus that is used for photo reading. You put your book between a point where you see sharp (?) and yourself. Well don't know whether this makes sence :) Works for me though.

HI lolabelle saw your blog about the douchebag guy and it made me smile amd laugh! come visit my "secret world" sometime. I'm new to this blogging thing so most of my stuff sounds a bit on the morose side, but i'm getting better.
